Reporting to the Donor Recruitment Operations Manager, this position organizes pre-drive support operations and maintains materials and inventory in support of department operations.

In this role, you will:
- Handles all incoming and outgoing departmental mail including blood drive materials to donor groups.
- Supports initiatives to enhance efficiency and improve Donor Recruitment Drive Support operations to optimize client experience.
- Facilitates pick-up and delivery schedule with vendors for mobile blood drive donor incentives in the Gulf Coast, Brazos Valley and East Texas Regions. This includes inventorying on hand promotions as well as prepping newly received items for mobile services and sub-center distribution.
- Accounts for and reconciles returned incentive items; serves as backup for mailing run-out items to donors in a timely manner.
- Reviews, troubleshoots and organizes Donor Recruitment Workroom for practicality, safety, cleanliness and efficiency.
- Maintains stock of departmental forms, supplies and blood drive marketing materials.
- Prepares materials such as yard signs, t-shirts or other blood drive materials for mail and/or delivery.
- After deliveries have been received, stock supplies in workroom.
- Assists Donor Services Risk Management with preparing and supplying care packs for donors experiencing adverse reactions.
- Ensures that all transported items are handled carefully and in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensures compliance with acceptability standards a set forth in the Vehicle Loss Control Policy, Standard Operating Procedures Manual and various other policies, procedures and protocol.
- Manages RISO Inventory application and Recruiter Store to ensure requests from all three sub centers are completed within one business day. Provide day-of blood drive material/promotion delivery assistance on an as needed basis.
We need someone who has:
- High School Diploma or GED and two years of administrative/clerical experience, preferably in an allied health field, or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid TX Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel); sufficient computer literacy to become proficient in CRM Database used in the Donor Recruitment Department
