Our premier Immunohematology Reference Lab serves over 100 hospitals and provides transfusion services to more than 90 facilities across Houston and surrounding areas.

We are a globally recognized, AABB-accredited Immunohematology Reference Laboratory in the Texas Medical Center. Our team saves lives by resolving complex serologic cases and providing rare antigen-negative blood units for patients in need. Talented professionals deliver quality care with integrity, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence. We support staff with flexible scheduling, onsite trainers, and career development while partnering with hospitals and research institutions locally and internationally.
