Our recruiters build and manage partnerships that make blood donation possible. These professionals work hand-in-hand with schools, businesses, faith groups, and community partners to make sure blood is available when patients need it most.
What You’ll Do

Build relationships with community leaders, educators, and business partners to host blood drives.

Coordinate logistics with internal teams to make each drive successful — from scheduling to setup.

Track performance and help identify new opportunities to grow donor participation.

Inspire others to see the impact of blood donation — because one conversation can save multiple lives.
Key Contributing Roles

Account Managers
Our Account Managers serve as trusted partners to organizations that host drives. They plan recruitment strategies, maintain relationships with existing accounts, and identify new opportunities to expand our donor base. They are communicators, connectors, and ambassadors for our mission.

Account Coordinators
Our Account Coordinators are the heartbeat of our operations — they ensure each drive runs smoothly from start to finish. They manage scheduling, logistics, and communication between host partners and internal teams, keeping everything on track for success. Together, Account Managers and Coordinators form a team that turns compassion into action.
